ACR Store: How to Order

You may print a copy of the order form (available below) and fill it out by hand, or you may fill in the form online and then print it out. Mail or fax the completed form with your payment (address and fax/phone numbers are included on the form).

Sales tax of 5 percent must be added to all orders shipping to a Virginia address If you are ordering from an institution that is exempt from paying Virginia sales tax, please be sure to include your Virginia tax-exempt number on all orders.

Domestic shipping and handling charges are included in the price of the item, unless otherwise indicated For shipments to Canada please add $30, for all other foreign (non-U.S.) addresses, please add $50.

Credit card orders (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted.
