Sample Lay Report Letters
- The Direct Reporting of Results to Women by Mammography Facilities
- Sample Lay Report for Normal Mammogram (to be used with BI-RADS® 1 and 2)
- Sample Lay Report for Normal Mammogram, but Patient Had Prior Physical Finding, Sign or Symptoms (to be used with BI-RADS® 1 and 2)
- Sample Lay Report for Probably Benign Finding, but 6-Month Follow-up Recommended (to be used with BI-RADS® 3)
