Achintya Moulick, MD, M.Ch, MBA Dr. Moulick, the CEO of CarePoint Health System is a clinical, business and thought leader in the healthcare industry with an international recognition and following. He is a cardiovascular surgeon by training with expertise in congenital as well as acquired heart disease. His special interest and expertise is in low birth weight complex neonatal heart surgery. He has hospital leadership experience for 20 years having started one of the largest healthcare systems in the world, the Fortis Healthcare. Dr. Moulick has trained and worked with strong administrative and clinical teams globally and many of his team members are C-suite leaders in US, Europe, Middle East and South East Asia. Prior to becoming the CEO, Dr. Moulick joined as the Chief Transition Officer through Alvarez and Marsal and led one of the best coordinated responses to COVID 19 early surge, establishing protocols, dashboards for connectivity and coordination and set the first community hospital based ECMO program. Dr. Moulick has served as Chairman in Cardiovascular surgery, Chief Medical Officer and Executive Director of advanced heart programs and hospitals. Under his leadership the focus shifted to quality as well as lean efficient processes to run programs as well as physician and nursing empowerment. Dr. Moulick has led innovation and growth in healthcare industry from the beginning of his career having advocated for patient centricity and transparency. He established his population health platform, GlobeHealer Inc. for connected care, remote monitoring, tele-health and patient communication in 2015. The platform has been universally recognized and has been nominated for numerous awards. Dr. Moulick’s passions include neonatal heart surgery and reconstructive cardiac surgery, adult congenital heart surgery, healthcare innovation and building organizations of value. |
Vivek Masson, MD, DABR Dr. Vivek Masson is System Chairman of Radiology at Carepoint Health, a regional health care system of 3 hospitals in Northern New Jersey. As Chairman of Radiology, Dr. Masson oversees more than 16 radiologists across the system. During his 10 years as chairman, Dr Masson has developed a women’s health pavilion, implemented various screening programs including a lung screening program, developed a comprehensive radiology quality dashboard, implemented several AI initiatives, participated in several grants with the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiatives / CMS, and oversaw MACRA/MIPS initiatives in the system. Dr. Masson graduated from the Brown University School of Medicine where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. Following Brown, he completed a residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell. He received subspecialty fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiology at New York Presbyterian/ Columbia. He has received leadership training through his career at the Harvard Business School Online and the Radiology Leadership Institute. Dr. Masson currently serves as an Executive Committee member in the Radiology Society of NJ. He serves on the young patron board of the Asia Society in New York. Early in his career he was awarded the NJ Biz Magazine 40 under 40 award for promising leaders in the state. |
Andy Moriarity, MD Dr. Andy Moriarity, MD received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Human Physiology from Northern Michigan University and medical degree from Wayne State University. He completed his Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Henry Ford Hospital and Fellowship in Abdominal Imaging and Cross Sectional Interventional Radiology at UCLA Health System in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Moriarity is interested in healthcare policy and economics and served as the 2014-2015 Chair of the American College of Radiology Resident and Fellows Section. He has been published in numerous journals and his awards include: Radiological Society of North American Roentgen Resident Research Award, Dr. Karen J Stuck Memorial Award for Outstanding Research by a Senior Resident, Radiology Leadership Institute Annual Event Scholarship Award and Musculoskeletal Division Best Case for the American Institute for Radiologic Pathology. Dr. Moriarity is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. His professional memberships include the American College of Radiology, Society of Abdominal Radiology, and Michigan State Medical Society. |
