2023 MIPS Submission and EUC Application Deadline is April 15

The deadline to submit 2023 Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) information to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is April 15, 8pm ET. CMS will not accept any late data. If you use the American College of Radiology® (ACR®) Qualified Clinical Data Registry, finalize your submission as soon as possible.

The Extreme and Uncontrollable Circumstances (EUC) application period deadline is also April 15. If your practice was affected by recent healthcare system cyberattacks, or any other circumstances that created extreme difficulty, you may be eligible for an EUC exemption for 2023 MIPS.
