The American College of Radiology® (ACR®), American Society of Anesthesiologists and American College of Emergency Physicians are seeking member input on the impact of the No Surprises Act (NSA) on their practices.

The survey is intended to assess providers’ recent experiences with commercial insurer contract negotiations as well as payer communication and the independent dispute resolution (IDR) process and should take approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. Results of the survey will be used to assist the organizations in advocacy efforts to ensure that the NSA is implemented in a manner consistent with congressional intent to hold patients harmless from certain surprise medical bills and create an equitable provider-insurer IDR process.
