Harness the Power of Collective Learning
Improving your practice’s performance — and patient care — starts with real-world, in-depth knowledge. Our National Radiology Data Registry (NRDR) delivers a wide range of data to guide improvement projects through benchmarking and identification of outliers on outcome or process-of-care measures.
Identify and Act On Areas for Improvement
Participate in seven registries available through NRDR.
National Mammography Database (NMD)
Take part in the NMD for semiannual feedback reports on cancer detection rates, positive predictive value rates and recall rates.
Learn how to participateLung Cancer Screening Registry (LCSR)
Help strengthen measurement and monitoring, especially for asymptomatic patients.
Learn how to participateDose Index Registry (DIR)
Leverage the detailed filters and interactive reports of the DIR to identify patterns and pinpoint outliers related to exam performance.
Learn how to participateGeneral Radiology Improvement Database (GRID)
See how your facilities and physicians compare to peers for turnaround times, patient waits, incident rates and other process and outcome measures.
Learn how to participateCT Colonoscopy Registry (CTC)
Participate for feedback reports on screening quality and experience by facility and physician, along with comparisons with the entire registry.
Learn how to participate3D Printing Registry
Submit anonymized case information to help create coordinated resources about usage, model construction techniques, source imaging, clinical impact and more.
Learn how to participateQualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR)
NRDR is an approved QCDR for the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) reporting. The QCDR will include 36 MIPS measures and 23 QCDR measures.

Facility data contributed to the registries is made available to explore a wide range of questions about the practice of radiology and develop new areas for improvement.
NRDR differs from the ACR National Clinical Imaging Research Registry™ (ANCIRR) that collects images and clinical data from multiple practice settings. It enables researchers to address complex scientific questions and produce results applicable across various care settings, geographic locations and populations.
