ACR 2025 Annual Meeting
Registration Details

The ACR Annual Meeting provides an opportunity to take part in Council business meetings, Council elections, section-specific programming, the ACR Convocation, caucus meetings and more. Virtual Reference Committees for Practice Parameters & Technical Standards will take place in advance of the meeting in Washington, DC.

- Registration Deadline for Virtual PP&TS Meetings — March 14, 2025
- Virtual PP&TS Meetings — April 1 and 3, 2025
- Hotel Reservation & Registration Deadline for ACR 2025 — April 10, 2025
Preliminary Program
To receive Council credentials and vote in ACR Elections and on Council business, you must attend in person. All attendees will be able to participate in the Council meetings to provide testimony during open hearings.
Attendees must submit/update a Disclosure of Interests questionnaire in advance of the meeting and attest to the ACR Meeting and Social Event Code of Conduct during registration.
In-Person Registration

- Sign-up for Capitol Hill Day.
Virtual Registration
- Select session options for Saturday.
- View livestream of ACR Convocation.
- Participate in Council sessions, including the opportunity to provide testimony during Reference Committee open hearings.
Registration Deadline — April 10, 2025. Registration after this date will be subject to a late fee as follows: Medical Student Members: $25; Resident or Fellow Members, Technologists and Allied Health Members: $50; Members and ACR Chapter Staff: $75; Nonmembers: $100.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or check for the first night's deposit. To cancel your reservation, notify the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid paying for one night's room and tax (be sure to request a cancellation number). Rooms may sell out.
Reservations made after Thursday, April 10, 2025, will be accepted on a space-available basis and may not be at the ACR group rate.
