Radiologists and other physicians will have the opportunity to review and analyze challenging prostate cases.
Course Overview
Elevate your expertise in Prostate MR imaging with our immersive virtual course. Dive into the most challenging prostate cases, guided by world-class radiologists who will share advanced techniques and insights. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to enhance your skills, expand your knowledge, and make a profound impact in prostate imaging.
Practice detection of clinically significant prostate cancer on multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) of the prostate and apply the PI-RADS v2.1 scoring system for standardized analysis of mpMRI and communication of imaging findings. You will also utilize both the framework of PI-RADS® and the case library of 20 pathology-proven prostate mpMRI cases that illustrate a broad spectrum of prostatic pathologies ranging from benign to malignant. Two lectures will focus on the principles and application of the PI-RADS v2.1 scoring system and review of the caveats on mpMRI of the prostate.
During this two-hour, pre-recorded session, our expert faculty will review selected cases to discuss findings and challenges during the interpretation of mpMRI.
Note: Virtual courses are not compatible with tablets (specifically iPads).
At the conclusion of this course, you will be able to:
- Examine the correlation between the PI-RADS v2.1 scoring system and Gleason's grading score.
- Identify and localize abnormalities located in the peripheral and central zones.
- Evaluate the four imaging parameters in an mpMRI to determine the PI-RADS v2.1 category.
