2025 Leadership Essentials 101: Skills for Residency and Beyond is a 4-month virtual program that will provide residents, fellows, and early career professionals with a strong foundation of key non-interpretive and leadership skills that will prove to be very helpful as they progress through their residency and prepare to embark on their radiology career.
Course Overview
Traditional radiology education often overlooks training residents and fellows on important skills such as effective communication skills, work-life integration, and rookie leadership. These competencies are highly valued by future employers and are the foundations for future career success.
