The American College of Radiology® (ACR®) continues to collect member feedback for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) solicitation of comments about the regulatory basis for its planned rulemaking on Yttrium-90 microsphere brachytherapy, Rubidium-82 generators and emerging technologies. The ACR is particularly focused on the authorized user training and experience criteria portions of the NRC’s request. The NRC recently extended the deadline and is accepting comments until Dec. 15.
