The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is accepting data submissions from 2022 Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) participants. Practices using the American College of Radiology® (ACR®) National Radiology Data Registry (NRDR) as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry can use their NRDR accounts to finalize submission. The deadline for completing submission is March 31, 8 pm ET, however ACR advises completing submission by March 15 at the latest to ensure submission is complete and free of errors.

MIPS-eligible groups or individuals who intend to apply for the Extreme and Uncontrollable Circumstances (EUC) exception with COVID-19 as the cited reason have until 8 pm ET, March 3, to complete their applications.

If you have questions about completing your MIPS submission using ACR’s registries or about MIPS EUC applications, please contact Zach Smith, ACR Senior Quality Programs Specialist.
