Recently, the ACR® RFS released a call for nominations to run for the Executive Committee (EC), Nominating Committee, as well as the Member-In-Training Intersociety Committee Representative. As the former Eastern States Representative for the Nomination Committee and current EC Secretary, I highly recommend that you consider running for one of these positions.
Even the experience of running is a positive one, regardless of the outcome, as you will have the opportunity to crystalize your thoughts on radiology policy into a campaign speech, which will be delivered at the ACR Annual Meeting in Washington, DC, April 14, 2024.
