After two years in the making, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of the new and improved acr.org on January 31, 2025!
At the ACR, our members are at the heart of everything we do. With that in mind, we collaborated with a diverse group of members to create a website designed to enhance the online experience for our members.
The project was driven by a commitment to:
The Website Redesign Committee was integral in ensuring these goals were met. This group included ACR members representing medical students, the ACR Resident and Fellow Section, ACR Young and Early Career Professional Section, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, and different radiology subspecialties. We met regularly over the past two years to review content and share feedback along each phase of the project – from content strategy to website design and build. We participated in multiple interviews to help identify ways that we can improve the old website and uncover most significant opportunities for building a better experience for our members – utilizing our unique individual experiences and perspectives.
Benefits and features of the new site includes:
In addition to the Website Redesign Committee, I want to thank the ACR Commission on Membership and Communications and the more than 100 members, business-to-business customers and staff who participated in focus groups, interviews, and usability testing. Together, all our invaluable input made this exciting launch possible!
We invite you to explore the new acr.org and experience the enhancements firsthand. Together, we are #FocusedForwardTogether as we enter a new era for the ACR!
