South Carolina Radiological Society
About Us
The South Carolina Radiological Society, an ACR® affiliate, represents over 400 radiologists, interventional radiologists, radiation oncologists, nuclear medicine physicians and medical physicists in the state.
We advocate for our members' interests at the state and national levels, focusing on the South Carolina legislature and our Congressional representatives. We collaborate with other specialties through the South Carolina Medical Association and appoint members representing our interests in state government and payer organizations.
Our mission is to advance radiologic science, enhance patient care, study the economics of radiology, promote continuing education, and uphold high medical and ethical standards in the practice of radiology.
