Coming Soon: The ACR Oral Board Preparatory Resources and Course will help residents and fellows prepare for the ABR Oral Board Examination. Resources will include guides on how to present clearly, calmly and logically with mock interview examples. The course will offer a simulated practice exam in a safe and non-threatening environment. 

AIRP®: We are excited to announce a new opportunity! AIRP, in collaboration with ACR, has launched a virtual Career Fair specifically for residents participating in the AIRP four-week course. The ACR Career Center Virtual Career Fair for Residents allows you to engage in private, one-on-one conversations with recruiters. This inaugural event took place in February and was free for all participants of the AIRP Four-week Radiologic Pathology Correlation Course. Future dates will be announced soon.

The Two-Week Virtual Medical Student Curriculum provides medical students with a virtual curriculum of evidence-based strategies for imaging services and the chance to experience the science and diversity of modern imaging.

Access a large radiology education library specializing in topics for medical students through the Medical Student Curriculum Building Blocks. This free library contains more than 75 resources including videos and downloadable presentations. Easy to access, library membership requires no application. 

STARS is a national online exam system and database for assessing students throughout their radiology courses. The STARS exam covers a variety of topics about pathologic findings diagnosed with imaging within major organ systems.

Each virtual course includes: 

  • Pre-recorded lectures. 
  • 20 full DICOM cases. 
  • A two-hour, pre-recorded faculty case review session.
  • The ability to walk away with new skills and strategies.

The Appropriateness Committee is seeking attendings, junior faculty and leaders who are passionate about advancing and shaping the future of the radiology profession. 

  • Generally, 3–4 papers are published in JACR® during a 4-year term. One as first author and 2–3 as co-author.
  • First author CME: 20 credits/paper.
  • Other author CME: 8 credits/paper.
  • Total potential CME in 4-year term: 44.
