ACR Foundation Fiscal Year 2013 Top Accomplishments 

  • The ACR Foundation initiated the Leading Radiology into the Future to raise funds in support of Radiology Leadership Institute® program and technology developments. In FY2013, the campaign topped $3.7 million, nearing its $5 million goal, with more than 107 gifts and pledges from ACR leaders, state chapters, corporations and individuals.
  • Over 100 attendees participated in Radiology Education Days in March, Port-au-Prince, Haiti, courtesy of the ACR Foundation. The program featured morning didactic lectures and afternoon hands-on training on pediatric imaging and included representatives of the World Federation of Pediatric Imaging, Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound, Society for Pediatric Imaging, and the Society for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
