Goal: Afford radiologists and related professionals an opportunity to learn the fundamental tenets of leadership, leading to a sense of responsibility and interest for further learning in leadership areas that will endure throughout career
Enrollees completed a total of 10 RLI credit hours, covering the following domains:

Level II
Goal: Provide radiologists and related professionals with an opportunity to build upon the leadership fundamentals of Level I, by completing more in-depth leadership/management education and how to use this knowledge for achieving leadership proficiency.
Enrollees completed a total of 30 RLI credit hours, covering the following domains:

- Finance & Economics
- Legal & Regulatory
- Practice Management
- Professional Development
- Service/Quality/safety
- Strategic Planning
Level III
Goal: Provide advanced leadership and management education that supports roles in which the candidate must demonstrate leadership skills in executing administrative and managerial responsibilities
Enrollees completed a total of 50 RLI credit hours, covering the following domains. As part of this level, participants were required to complete a final Practicum and present their project to the RLI Board.

Level IV
Goal: Provide leadership and management education leading to mastery of allying leadership principles in support of roles in which the candidate consistently apply leadership skills in running an organization, department or parts of an organization.
