The American College of Radiology® (ACR®) is seeking subject matter experts to perform a face validity survey on nine diagnostic imaging measures currently implemented in the National Radiology Data Registry General Radiology Improvement Database. Face validity evaluates the extent to which the measure accurately represents the evaluated concept and achieves its intended purpose. The validity survey consists of one question per measure on how well the definition and specifications of an individual measure appear to capture a single aspect of care or healthcare quality. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) encourages validity testing of all measures submitted for use in CMS quality programs.
To provide your expertise on these measures, please complete the survey by Aug. 28, 2020.
