The American College of Radiology® (ACR®) National Radiology Data Registry (NRDR) Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) was approved for the 2025 Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) performance year. ACR’s registry includes the same selection of QCDR measures that were available in 2024, with the addition of five measures:
• ACRad 43: DXA – Improving Reporting of True Change in Bone Mineral Density
• QMM 23: Low Dose Cancer Screening Recommendation for CT of Chest with Diagnosis of Emphysema
• QMM 24: Acute Rib Fracture Numbering on ED Trauma Patients
• QMM 27: Appropriate Classification and Follow-up Imaging for Incidental Pancreatic Cysts
• QMM 28: Reporting Breast Arterial Calcification (BAC) on Screening Mammography
