The America Medical Association is working with Mathematica to collect practice cost information for all specialties via the Physician Practice Cost Information Survey (PPIS). Completed surveys from specialties such as radiology are particularly needed. It is urgent that radiology participates in this survey effort to provide updated and accurate practice costs that are representative of the specialty.
In addition to the physician portion of the survey, a separate survey is being circulated for practice administrators to complete. American College of Radiology® (ACR®) members are encouraged to alert their administrators to watch for and complete this survey. Mathematica recently updated contact information for some radiology practices in their sample and will be circulating new survey invitations shortly. Please re-check your email inboxes and spam folders.
