As the first round of testing comes to an end, the Closing the Recommendations Follow-Up Loop Measure Set will enter into its second phase of validity and reliability testing. The measure set will be included in the ACR® National Radiology Data Registry’s (NRDR®) General Radiology Improvement Database (GRID).
To support the measures’ potential use in quality improvement and accountability programs like those from the CMS, the ACR must acquire testing data demonstrating the measures can be successfully adopted by practices according to their specified measurement level (e.g., physician, group, facility or system level).
The Closing the Recommendations Follow-Up Loop measure development and NRDR teams encourage current GRID users and others to serve as measure testers for the second phase of validation by reporting data on the quality measures prior to broader implementation.
If you would like to learn more about this measure testing opportunity or sign up to become a measure testing facility, please share your facility’s name, staff contact name and email address in this form. ACR measure development staff will reach out to the designated contact when information becomes available.
