About Jonathan Breslau, MD
Dr. Breslau is Chief of the Imaging Department at Sutter Medical Group and Imaging Service Line Medical Director. Additionally, he chairs the system-wide Diagnostic Imaging Standards Committee, focused on developing consistent standards across the entire Sutter Health footprint in northern California, over an annual volume of 3.5 million imaging exams. Previously, Dr. Breslau served as the President at Radiological Associates of Sacramento, where he guided the sale of the practice to Sutter Health, completing the transition on 2014. He has practiced Neuroradiology in Sacramento since 1995. Dr. Breslau has served the ACR on the CSC from 2010 to 2014, and as California Chapter President. Outside of Imaging, Dr. Breslau was Chief of Staff at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento through 2009 and 2010.
Dr. Breslau has supported several non-profit organizations and currently is a Board Member of KVIE, the local PBS-affiliate.

While not working, Dr. Breslau enjoys cooking, exercising, and reading, most recently finishing "These Truths," by Jill Lepore and now working his way through "Deep Medicine," by Eric Topol. Originally, Dr. Breslau planned a career in music performance, playing the saxophone, clarinet, and flute.
